I love the idea of &quot;rationing&quot; growth! Just like we should ration our GHG emissions. Truth is, in order to stop emitting we must stop growing, they cannot be separated (without some miracle technology that doesn&#039;t exist yet).

I am almost finished with Tim Jackson &quot;Prosperity Without Growth,&quot; which makes the best argument for stopping economic growth I&#039;ve ever heard. Now we need a George Monbiot or similar to outline the rationing of growth. Great stuff!
